By placing an order with Marvellous Marvin's Fur Baby Art, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Third-Party Printing and Framing

The printing and framing services for all artwork are provided by a trusted third-party supplier. In the event of any issues with the quality or condition of the print or frame upon delivery, Marvellous Marvin's Fur Baby Art will liaise directly with the supplier on your behalf to resolve the matter where possible.

Repackaging and Return Process

If a return or replacement is required due to a confirmed issue, you agree to safely repackage the item in its original packaging to protect it during transit. It is your responsibility to ensure the item is available for courier collection at the agreed time. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.

Inspection of Goods

Upon receiving your order, it is important that you inspect the artwork and framing for any damage or defects.

Any issues must be reported to Marvellous Marvin's Fur Baby Art within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect the ability to investigate or resolve the issue with the supplier or courier.

Non-Returnable Items

All artwork created by Marvellous Marvin's Fur Baby Art is custom-made and commissioned specifically for the customer.

For this reason, commissioned artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of a confirmed defect or damage during production or delivery.

If a confirmed issue occurs, Marvellous Marvin's Fur Baby Art will work with the third-party supplier to resolve the matter appropriately.

Handling and Care

Once delivered, responsibility for the proper handling and care of the artwork and frame passes to the customer.

Any damage caused after the item has been delivered and accepted will not be covered under any replacement or return process.

Courier Arrangements

Where necessary, Marvellous Marvin's Fur Baby Art may arrange a courier collection for returns or replacements. Customers must ensure the item is safely packaged and available for collection at the agreed time. Missed collections may incur additional charges.

Limitation of Liability

While Marvellous Marvin's Fur Baby Art works with trusted suppliers and couriers, we cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused directly by third-party suppliers or courier services. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving such issues where possible.

Reference Photographs

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any photographs submitted for the creation of artwork.

By submitting photographs, the customer confirms they have the right to use the image for the purpose of creating the commissioned artwork.

Marvellous Marvin's Fur Baby Art cannot be held responsible for any copyright issues relating to images provided by the customer.

Amendments to Orders

Once an order has been confirmed and the artwork creation process has begun, changes to the artwork or framing specifications may not be possible.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information, photographs, and details are correct before production begins.

Copyright and Image Usage

All artwork created by Marvellous Marvin's Fur Baby Art remains the intellectual property of the artist.

Marvellous Marvin's Fur Baby Art retains the right to use images of completed artwork for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the artwork without prior written permission.

Payment Terms

Full payment must be received before the production and delivery of any commissioned artwork.

Payment details will be provided via invoice and may be completed via approved payment methods such as Stripe or bank transfer.
